    what is the most effective way to convert leads to customers?

    This is a generic question, would like to understand what really works or what is the first step to take to convert that lead to a customer. 😀

    Response: Generally speaking here are a few things to consider:

    1. Leads are generally categorized into 3 ways: Cold, Warm and Hot. Cold: They know about you but have never interacted or shown interest. See these as your social media followers. Warm: They know about you and interact with you meaning liking, commenting, and sharing your content or showing up for your FREE offerings. Hot: They have asked for help directly from you.

    2. Now if you want to think about conversion, think on these lines first: What type of lead are you focused on? Best way to approach this is in cyclical farom. Your offer should turn a cold lead into a warm lead, a warm lead into a hot lead and the hot lead to a paid user.

    3. Now that the expectations are set: Let’s talk first about generating leads. Do you have enough leads to convert? General conversion for courses and coaching is about 1-10%. So maybe th first focus need to be on lead generations.

    4. How to do lead generation: Freebies, social media content, FREE trainings, cross promotions, media highlights, ads

    5. How to start conversion: Pre-launch or an extra benefit is a great way to convert your leads initially. What this means is that these warm/hot leads get access to special trainings or rates before it goes out to public.

    6. You can begin to share about that special offer or FREE offer on your social media/existing email list/ FB groups or ask your friends to share on their channels.
